Quote requests and preliminary estimates
A quote request asks Kissell to review a possible project. It does not require Kissell to accept the project, schedule work, or provide a price.
Any website response or photo-based number is a preliminary estimate. Conditions found during a site visit, project scope, measurements, materials, permits, availability, and schedule may change the price or terms.
A construction project starts only after Kissell and the customer sign a written project agreement and the customer meets the payment requirements in that agreement.
Uploaded photos and files
You confirm that you own each submitted file or have the right to submit it. Do not submit a file that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
You give Kissell and its service providers a limited, nonexclusive right to receive, store, review, copy, and process submitted files for the inquiry, estimate, site visit, project, security, and related business records. You keep your ownership rights.
Kissell needs separate written permission before using a submitted file in a public portfolio, advertisement, social post, or other promotional material. A quote-form submission does not grant that promotional right.
Text and email messages
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, and service-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
If you check the email marketing box, you agree to receive marketing email. Use the unsubscribe control in an email or contact Kissell to stop.
Website content and intellectual property
Kissell or its licensors own the site's text, design, logo, and project photography unless a notice says otherwise. You may view the content and share a normal page link. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or create commercial derivative work from it without written permission.
