A composite deck built for the view.
Ben framed and finished a 34 by 16 deck in Trex composite, a board that holds its color and takes Pennsylvania winters without staining or sealing.
A full skirt wraps the base, so the deck reads as one clean structure and hides everything underneath. Black aluminum railing keeps the sightlines open, which counts for a lot on a deck this size.
The view does the rest. The family gets room to spread out and take in the surroundings from the moment they step outside.
