45 square, four structures, one day.
Ben's crew re-roofed the whole property in Owens Corning Sierra Gray, a 45-square job spread across four separate structures: the main house, the attached garage, the connected additions, and a detached outbuilding.
Tear-off, re-deck, and shingles all happened in a single day. The crew pulled the old roofing, built the new deck, laid every course, and cleaned the site before they left.

The original roofs sat on strip sheeting, the spaced board decking common on older homes, which leaves gaps that modern shingles cannot nail into reliably.
Ben's crew overlaid 60 sheets of plywood across the strip sheeting to build one continuous nailing surface. The Sierra Gray shingles went down over a solid deck, so the roof holds its fasteners and sheds water the way it should.

Owens Corning Sierra Gray reads as a blended gray with darker shadow bands, an architectural shingle that gives the roof depth from the curb and up close.
The same shingle runs across all four structures, from the stone-chimney main house down to the detached shed, so the property reads as one finished job.
